I liked this Mormon Message video based on the talk by Dieter F. Uchtdorf.

New Moon

We saw New Moon last week. The best line in the movie is by Alice in response to Bella when she says..."As soon as you put out the dog." she refers to Jacob as the dog. HA HA HA. The rest of the lines that were funny in the book they messed up by changing it or the situation a little and as a result they were not as cool as they could have been. Alice is by far the coolest of all the vampires because she's always happy, energetic, she's can talk about Jacob like this, and she can see the future. Although Jane has got some mad skillz with causing pain and Victoria is pretty darn sweet for being able to escape from multiple werewolves...That's hot. Oh yeah, and her hair color is much brighter in this movie as well, which is (from a cosmo girls perspective) freaken sweet. In the movie, who is your favorite of all the Vampires and Why? And if you get excited who was the coolest from the wolf pack?

Glenn Beck

Micheal and I are going to see Glenn Beck Christmas Sweater. I'm excited to see it. Go Glenn Beck!

Thanksgiving

I'm grateful for hope, and for our savior who gives us personal and specific direction. I'm grateful that God gave me a family that's here to help me. I'm thankful for my parents specifically for their desire to help me, and their intelligence in the church gospel that has given them the ability to teach me better. I'm grateful for the apostles, who intuitively know what the members of the church need. I'm grateful for experience, so I can learn for myself what is right. This year I'm mostly grateful for hope.

I want to see fiddler on the roof.

September 11th

I found this on the LDS website. I'm not really one to get all choked up, but this one made me. I could imagine actually being in the building as the planes hit it and the traumatizing and Life-changing experience that would follow. This video helps us to get an idea of what some of our American family had to go through which was painful but some of them ultimately were blessed.

My Hang Out Day

My "Hang out day" was yesterday and I went an hour early, which was good because I was able to catch the morning pow wow meeting. Then I stayed until closing. It went really well, I feel a lot better about the 2nd time around. Most people remembered me too, which is also a good sign. I'll let everyone know when I learn about the job.

Not so Great news

Ok, so I didn't get the job just yet, But I got another hang out date. So it's progress, but just slower than I thought it would be.

Transformers

We saw transformers last night, and I liked it. It wasn't quite as good as the fist one, but it was still good. I didn't like how they portrayed Megan Fox as a little bit more skanky this time. I mean seriously who paints like this? Yeah, we get it she's a babe, but did she have to show so much of her great hottiness? I was frustrated with that part. The love plot I think both Emily and I agreed that we could have done with out. Optimus Prime was the bomb, as usual. He never fails to surprise me by his loyalty to his cause. I love Optimus.

Moving

We'll also be moving out on the 25th-31st of July. I'm excited to have a washer and dryer. I'll miss my ward though.

Great News!

ARCS told me individually and off the record, I got the job and it looked very optimistic. To be confirmed tomorrow....
