ok this recipe is so easy and simple and delicious that I had to blog about it.
8 fresh strawberries
1/2 fresh yellow squash
1/2 fresh large carrot (about 4-5 baby carrots) (optional)
1 1/2 frozen banana
Chop quash, break carrots (if not baby size) and bananas in smaller parts for easier blending. Put items in vita mix in the listed order. Blend on high for about a minute. Feel container as time passes to make sure it's not warming up to much. Friction from vita mix can cook! We want our smoothie cold.
This tastes like strawberry banana something goodness! I've had it for breakfast for like 4 days now. With out the carrots makes 1 glass exactly. Enjoy your breakfast.
