Chilean salad recipe

This was inspired by my Dads Chilean salad recipe. It's really easy and similar, but you don't have to blanch the onions.

1 avocado
1 giant tomato
2-3 tablespoons chopped red onions
dash of garlic salt

Chop ingredients into large bite size chunks, and red onions into 1/4 inch chunks. Place all ingredients in bowl add garlic salt and mix. Then you're done. Feeds 1 person a small meal, or a side dish for 2.
