Once again, so easy, so healthy, so yummy. What more could I ask for? Recipe:
1 1/2 cups red grapes
1 fuji apple
1 frozen banana
3 chunks of frozen pineapple. (3 chunks is considered 1/8 of a large pineapple cut up. See frozen pineapple for more details)
1 tbs Agave (Optional)
1/2 of yellow squash depending on size (Optional)
Add to blender in order, blend on high for 2 min. Done! Breakfast is served for 1!
