This is one of my favorites that Michael has created. It's so yummy we treat it like dessert, but you can have it all the time. Ha ha. Enjoy!
Makes about 1 serving:
1/4 cup peanut butter (optional)
1 cup vanilla soy milk (We get ours at Costco.)
2 frozen bananas
1 pitted date (optional)
1/2 yellow squash (optional and undetectable)
With all the optional ingredients, just pick one, do not combine unless it's a date with the yellow squash. Place ingredients in blender in order and blend on high just until the top starts moving, about 30 seconds or so. If you add the dates, I like to blend that a little bit first on 7 so their not as chunky in the drink.
Blend less time for banana ice cream, blend more time for banana smoothie. Enjoy.
