I babysit kids every week and my picky 8 year old ate this and liked it.
1 can black beans (with half the leftover juices)
1/2 lemon (all the juices)
1 Tsb. chopped parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
Bag of Kirkland organic corn chips
place all ingredients (except chips) in blender, blend on low until consistency is like re-fried beans. So delicious.
